Workshops
Our workshops offer coporate healing. It is often not discussed how much impact our own family systems function and dysfunction impact our businesses. Yet how we run our business is often reflective of the families we grew up in. We recreate healthy and harful patterns of communication and practices without recognizing the oppurtunities for growth both personally and organizationally. Our workshops help organizational management teams learn healthy ways of operating, axis of control patterns and transformational management skills that promote growth and collaboration in team members. Crisis Communication
In times of crisis, it is difficult to know how to respond. What do we say or do in response to the tragedies of loss & difficulty of life’s sudden changes. This workshop provides corporations with applicable responses to crisis in the moment that creates room for growth and provides meaningful, healing support. The reality is that people heal, they don’t fix. We cannot fix each other. We can fix a bicylcle. We can help heal each other.
