Our workshops offer corporate healing. It is often not discussed how much influence our own family systems function and dysfunction impact our businesses. Yet how we run our business is often reflective of the families we grew up in. We recreate healthy and harmful patterns of communication and practices without recognizing the opportunities for growth both personally and organizationally.  Our workshops help organizational management teams learn healthy ways of operating, axis of control patterns and transformational management skills that promote growth and collaboration in team members.
